Mr. Chakoff is a driven entrepreneur and inventor who has acquired a diverse skill-set gleaned from his extensive experience working with and alongside former CEO’s of Publicly Traded Companies. He was the founder of Chakoff Endoscopy, a company which developed minimally invasive endoscopic instruments from use in multiple surgical fields. He was also a co-founder of the Scion Group of Companies, whose products were used in General Surgery and Interventional Cardiology/Radiology. He presently is a co-founder of CHS Pharma Inc. CHS recently entered into a transaction for the commercialization of CHS’s IP rights for the Treatment of Actinic Keratosis and Ischemic Reperfusion Injury for cells, tissues and organs for a preservation solution for use in grafting and organ transplantation. 

Dr. Kim has more than 20 years experience providing legal services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. As a registered patent attorney, he has extensive experience in procuring domestic and foreign patents, licensing and joint ventures, intellectual property opinions and due diligence, strategic patent portfolio development, and intellectual property litigation matters. Dr. Kim founded or co-founded four technology companies, is an inventor named in several patents, has published several legal articles, and has been an invited speaker at numerous forums. Dr. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bowdoin College, a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami, and a law degree from Suffolk University, where he graduated at the top of his class

Mr. Singer is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida with experience both in the public sector and in the private sector.  Mr. Singer brings 40 years of experience working with business owners developing their business plans, obtaining financing, and tax planning for their personal and business needs.  Mr. Singer has also served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for several national and multi-national corporations, during which time he dealt with stockholder and lender relations while also supervising the financial reporting and tax planning and compliance for these businesses. 

Mr. Chakoff has extensive communication experience as well as strong interpersonal skills. He spent four years at Mayanot Institute of Jewish Studies, a world renowned Yeshiva in Jerusalem, Israel. Along with his work at CHS, Mr. Chakoff is  pursuing studies in Research Psychology at Florida International University.
