Herbert Weissbach, PhD, is currently Distinguished Research Professor and Director of the Center for Molecular Biology and Biotechnology in the Charles E. Schmidt College of Science at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush appointed Dr. Weissbach, to the Florida Bio-Medical Research Council.
He is an elected member of the National Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology and recipient of the American Chemical Society Enzyme Award. Dr. Weissbach served on the Board of Directors for Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc. as well as serving on Savient's scientific advisory board. Prior to his position at FAU, Dr. Weissbach was the Director of the Roche Institute of Molecular Biology and Vice President of Research for Hoffman La Roche. He has over 425 publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and edited five books. His research accomplishments in the fields of biochemistry and molecular biology have been internationally recognized.

Elliot F. Hahn, PhD is a founding Member and Director of CHS, Resources LLC. Dr. Hahn, is a pharmaceutical executive and was a co-founder of Andrx Corporation. He currently is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SoLapharm, Inc. and a member of the board of directors of a number of public and private pharmaceutical companies.

Lawrence Weissbach, PhD, MBA serves as Director of Research and Development and has significant experience, encompassing a variety of research areas in molecular and cellular biology. Dr. Weissbach obtained his doctoral degree from the University of Florida Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and performed postdoctoral training at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the New York Blood Center. He has received numerous corporate and foundation grants. Dr. Weissbach received an MBA degree from Suffolk University in Boston.
